We just wrapped up the land portion of our Alaskan vacation following an NCL cruise. Premier Alaska Tours (via NCL) handled our four days/three nights from Whittier to Fairbanks and our guide Charles (Chuck) and driver Tessa were both spectacular in their jobs. Balancing a group of 42 people with various excursions, needs, and schedules seems crazy but Charles was all over it. He was constantly calling various tour companies for side excursions, explaining pre-planned excursions, recommending restaurants or, at the very least, keeping us well-informed about every step of the itinerary (which is appreciated because, frankly, as a traveler, it’s all a blur and the details need to be given and repeated). We never would have considered splurging on the flight around Mount Denali without Charles expressing how amazing it is… and it was SO worth it! We had one almost negative situation while dining and Charles happened to be dining there as well and he quickly jumped in to help manage the slow service and offer a solution as well that totally diffused our anxiety not having time to eat and get back on the bus. If you need “above and beyond,” Charles is your guy! Tessa was great, too, offering her local knowledge along the way and bringing a fantastic attitude and smile every day.

We were with a tour group that hired Premier Alaska Tours for our bus service for the week. We were so lucky to get Maurice as our driver! He was exceptional and so thoughtful and courteous and such a bonus to our trip! Thank you Maurice for such a wonderful week in Alaska!

Premier Alaska Tours is great! We just completed an Alaska land / sea cruise tour this week. Our tour guide / director Betsy and our motorcoach driver Willy provided us with top shelf / excellent service and recommendations throughout their portion of our itinerary. Whether we were on the Alaska Railroad, motorcoach or walking around an excursion Betsy and Willy were very attentive to the needs of our group 👍. Shuttles, buses, trains and motorcoaches were always ready to go and clean! You can't go wrong using Premier Alaska Tours!

We had Janet as our tour guide along with Matt our driver. They were both exceptional. Janet is very good at informing ,organizing , entertaining and knowledgeable!!!

Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines uses Premier Alaska Tours & my wife & I could not of been happier with the excellent service & the Alaska Denali tour experience we had with our guide Liz & driver Scott. From the moment we stepped off the ship for our 2 day land tour we were extremely happy with what would turn into the best "excursion" we have ever been on. We only wished we had more time to spend in Alaska. We will be back.

We just returned home from our Norwegian Cruise Line 12-day Denali by Rail vacation. The land portion led by Erika B. as tour guide and Josh B. as bus driver was exceptional! They both went above and beyond to make sure we had the best Alaska vacation possible! They accommodated requests, answered questions, and were a wealth of knowledge! They were both approachable and comfortable to talk to which is highly important for this type of intense schedule of tourism. I will highly recommend your company based on their excellent service! They are great representatives of your tours!

We went on a tour with Charles and Abagail. We had a fantastic time. We could tell that both of them cared about our safety and that we get the best experience possible on our Alaskan trip. We felt lucky to travel with them.

Excellent post cruise land tour company. CeeCee was our guide and Sharon our bus driver. Both were excellent, professional and fun!! CeeCee went above and beyond and went out of her way everyday to insure our experiences and needs were very good. We saw beautiful sights, great experiences and breathtaking views. Could not have been better!!!

We had an amazing experience with Alaska Premier Tours, thanks to our tour director, Judy! She was entertaining, knowledgeable, and brought such a friendly, easygoing energy to the group—while still keeping us right on schedule. Judy gave fantastic meal recommendations for all budgets, and her thoughtful planning made our entire week feel seamless and comfortable. A special shoutout to our driver, Craig, who was not only incredibly friendly but also shared great insights into local culture and customs. We always felt safe and well taken care of—and he kept us entertained on the road too! Judy went above and beyond, even helping us plan our day after the tour ended with great local suggestions. We'd absolutely book another tour with her. Highly recommend!

Premier Alaska Tours We had a post cruise extension with Viking Ocean Cruises called Natural Alaska and they use Premier Alaska to coordinate the 6 day trip. The minute my wife and I met Angie E. (tour director) and David (the driver) we knew instantly there was going to be a connection with them both. My wife and I are both former middle school teachers and facilitated countless field trips (overnight included) for over 120 kids. Now let’s face it corralling adults is harder than middle schoolers. Everything Angie did was of the utmost organized level. She a was always proactive in anticipating potential problems and quickly addressing them. She always made the call to the restaurant or tour venue alerting them to our arrival so they were ready to welcome us. Angie E made sure she got the room keys for every guest every night so they would not have to stand in line at the hotel reception desk. And to boot she did it all with an incredibly pleasant attitude. David and Angie are locals and love to show off their country and extremely knowledgeable of the areas you visit. David was cautious, safe, kind and very friendly. They both were quite accommodating our group and created a true culture of family within our 26 travelers. They need to use them both as a model for their service! You will not be disappointed actually you’ll be thanking them for a lifetime of memories.
